    Reading m3u-files-is it possible?

    Hello,

I have a question: we all are knowing that the internet-radio-portals can stop every time.

Then the radiosets are useless. Is there any posibility reading m3u-files used by the radio-stations themselves by kooraroo?

Hello phk and welcome to the forum!

Do you mean somehow retrieve the m3u files from the radio-station if it's not publicly shared? If so, I doubt it's possible. But if you can download it, Kooraroo plays it just fine, see here for details:

How must I manage this streaming adress contained in the m3u?

May you explain step by step?

    Hi phk,

I'm sorry for late response. I checked the external playlists and looks like the support for URLs in external playlists has been disabled by another developer. I'll find out the reason soon, and if it's a mistake we'll re-enable it in the upcoming release.

Meanwhile could you let me know why are you trying to put the URL into the playlist? Is it so the server automatically restarts the playback in case the stream gets interrupted? Thank you
