    Post Vizio Smart TV E470i-A0

Hello, I have the above TV and can play .mkv files if I chose the profile Vizio TV (MPEG2) but it transcodes to 740x480. I want the original format I.E 1920x1080 to play. I changed to the Vizio TV profile and it does transcode to the original format but will not play. Here is an excerpt from the log file. [PLT_HttpServerSocketTask::Write] (14600) WARNING: NPT_CHECK failed, result=-20400 (NPT_ERROR_CONNECTION_RESET) [(SendResponseBody(response, *output_stream))]

Any help will be appreciated. This is with the free server. I tried the full and got the same results.

    Hello Dave,

We can try and see if your TV will accept a 1080p MPEG2 file, but the other models we tested didn't seem to accept that. Please open a support ticket and we'll try a few things to see what best result we can achieve.

It's all good. I tried the new database file you sent and it works perfectly. Thank you very much.
