KooRaRoo Media has been updated to version 1.4.1 and is now available for you to download and install.
The new and enhanced features include:
- New: Added support to watch and update disk folders in real time (set via disk folder properties) to complement the existing updates at set intervals.
- New: Can now read in SubStation Alpha external subtitles (.ass) in addition to .srt, .smi and .sub.
- New: Added a setting to specify an encoding character set when burning-in subtitles on a per-device basis.
- New: Added a function to delete all transcoding overrides for a device in one click by right-clicking on a device in the Devices pane.
- New: Added support to use folder.jpg for files if no other artwork exists.
- Improved: Reading localized metadata from files.
- Improved: Seeking through files on devices that only support time-based seeking is more accurate now.
- Improved: Setting created date for video files.
- Improved: Compatibility with several devices when delivering transcoded files' descriptions.
- New devices: Cambridge N30.
- Device improvements: LG BluRay players, Microsoft Mobile Media Player, MX Video Player, Pioneer AVR/Hi-Fi, Samsung BluRay players and TVs in C/D/E series, Sharp Aquos TVs, Sony BluRay players, Bravia TVs and SMP.
- Fixed: Server fails to start using the stop/start button on the toolbar on non-English systems with limited user accounts in some cases.
- Fixed: Media library tree not sorted correctly for some items.
- Fixed: DVD thumbnails not generated correctly for some IFO files.
- Fixed: Manually pre-transcoded files for multiple devices would not be used correctly sometimes.
- Fixed: Certain metadata could not be edited or deleted.
- Other minor fixes and enhancements.
