I have been advised that SiteAdvisor has been spreading a false positive information about KooRaRoo, marking it as malicious software. We are investigating why this happened and talking to them directly, so hopefully this issue is resolved soon and never repeats itself. They have also marked the copy hosted by Tucows as malicious, which just further shows that there is no valid reason for this. KooRaRoo does not contain adware, spyware, viruses or anything else, as long as you download it from http://www.kooraroo.com, download.com and tucows.com (and some other large respectable sites).

If you have any doubts, please contact me through support.

Hi, Dennis,

I get an error during installation at Windows 2012 Server like below:

38

I tried to run installer as administrator and changed compatibility settings to Windows 7 and XP - still error occurred. Old version 1.6.2.0 installs without any errors.

Could you check it, please?

Hi,

I haven't seen this come up... I assume you downloaded from http://www.kooraroo.com? Is this the general setup or a free edition or a 64/32-specific version?

If it's the general setup, can you please confirm that your file is 27,678,376 bytes?

Hi,

Can you please try downloading a 32/64 bit-specific installer from this page: http://kooraroo.com/download_builds.php

Please let me know if that works or not.

I would also try a different browser, in case the file was somehow corrupted during download. My MD5 for the main setup is: 18B14F75E06BFB0D11460C54460EA808
