I am able to see all of the content on the device, but none can be played back. I am using the Onkyo AVR profile with transcoding enabled. This happens for music as well as videos. Any idea? Seems like I must be missing something brutally obvious :-)

Hello Chad,

Are you using the latest released version of KRR or an older one? Did you update from an older one or is it a fresh installation (if you updated from a version prior to 1.5.0, you'll need to check this thread: http://forum.kooraroo.com/showthread.php/217-Update-notes-please-read-if-you-are-updating-KooRaRoo-Media).

If it's a fresh install and files just don't play, please enable logging by ticking the Enable Logging item under the Tools menu. After that restart the server using the stop/start button on the toolbar and try playing one failing file. Once it fails, stop the server and send the logs to support (at) kooraroo (dot) com and we'll work it out.
