Hello, I have the above TV and can play .mkv files if I chose the profile Vizio TV (MPEG2) but it transcodes to 740x480. I want the original format I.E 1920x1080 to play. I changed to the Vizio TV profile and it does transcode to the original format but will not play. Here is an excerpt from the log file. Any help will be appreciated. This is with the free server. I tried the full and got the same results.

Hello Dave,

We can try and see if your TV will accept a 1080p MPEG2 file, but the other models we tested didn't seem to accept that. Please open a support ticket and we'll try a few things to see what best result we can achieve.
