Hi,
I have an Onkyo TX-NR515 AVR.
It's UPNP User Agent string is "User-Agent: Mediabolic-IMHTTP/1.8.225 UPNP/1.0 DLNADOC/1.50"

It supports the following Formats:

MP3 (.mp3 or .MP3)
• MP3 files must be MPEG-1/MPEG-2 Audio Layer 3 format with sampling rates of 8 kHz, 11.025 kHz, 12 kHz, 16 kHz, 22.05 kHz, 24 kHz, 32 kHz, 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz and bitrates of between 8 kbps and 320 kbps.
WMA (.wma or .WMA)
• WMA files must have the copyright option turned off.
• Sampling rates of 8 kHz, 11.025 kHz, 12 kHz, 16 kHz, 22.05 kHz, 24 kHz, 32 kHz, 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, bitrates of between 5 kbps and 320 kbps, and WMA DRM are upported.
• WMA Pro/Voice formats are not supported.
WMA Lossless (.wma or .WMA)
• Sampling rates of 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 88.2 kHz, 96 kHz are supported.
• Quantization bit: 16 bit, 24 bit
WAV (.wav or .WAV)
• Sampling rates of 8 kHz, 11.025 kHz, 12 kHz, 16 kHz, 22.05 kHz, 24 kHz, 32 kHz, 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 64 kHz, 88.2 kHz, 96 kHz, 176.4 kHz and 192 kHz are supported.
• Quantization bit: 8 bit, 16 bit, 24 bit
AAC (.aac/.m4a/.mp4/.3gp/.3g2/.AAC/.M4A/.MP4/.3GP or .3G2)
• Sampling rates of 8 kHz, 11.025 kHz, 12 kHz, 16 kHz, 22.05 kHz, 24 kHz, 32 kHz, 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 64 kHz, 88.2 kHz, 96 kHz and bitrates of between 8 kbps and 320 kbps are supported.
FLAC (.flac or .FLAC)
• Sampling rates of 8 kHz, 11.025 kHz, 12 kHz, 16 kHz, 22.05 kHz, 24 kHz, 32 kHz, 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 64 kHz, 88.2 kHz, 96 kHz, 176.4 kHz and 192 kHz are supported.
• Quantization bit: 8 bit, 16 bit, 24 bit
Ogg Vorbis (.ogg or .OGG)
• Sampling rates of 8 kHz, 11.025 kHz, 12 kHz, 16 kHz, 22.05 kHz, 24 kHz, 32 kHz, 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz and bitrates of between 48 kbps and 500 kbps are supported.
LPCM (Linear PCM)
• Sampling rates of 8 kHz, 11.025 kHz, 12 kHz, 16 kHz, 22.05 kHz, 24 kHz, 32 kHz, 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 64 kHz, 88.2 kHz and 96 kHz are supported.
• Quantization bit: 8 bit, 16 bit, 24 bit
* Only for playback via network.

I'd like it to play WMA Loss-less files without transcoding. Is it possible to get a profile that would allow that?

Hi,

Thank you for the information. It looks a lot like the existing "Onkyo AVR" device profile, except for WMA lossless. Can you please right-click on one of those WMA lossless files in KRR and post the output of the "File Information" command? Once I know that, I'll add it to the device profile and I can give you that to try. In order for me to send you a device profile, please open a ticket through http://support.kooraroo.com.

The support here is absolutely great. This product is awesome. I am running it on windows home server v1. I have it working now. I purchased my license today! Keep up the good work!
