Hi Dennis. Install program hung with error code 5 when attempting to upgrade from previous version on a WHS2007 machine. Upgrade was trying to delete KooRaMediaServer.exe. I had closed KKR before attempting to upgrade. On checking using Windows Task Manager I found KooRaRooMediaServer.exe still running. I solved the problem by stopping KooRaRooMediaServer.exe, upgrade continued OK and appears to be running OK. Any further problems and I will report back.

Thank you for reporting that. Sounds like the server was not stopped within the allocated time frame during installation and this caused the file to be locked (and error code 5). Perhaps the server was doing folder updates or performing some transcoding during the time?

That`s quite possible. It was only a small problem but a user with less system savy might have a problem as you can see.

Yes, I agree. I'll put in better error reporting (as a minimum) in future updates.
