Sometimes we'll need to see the logs to better understand the issue (especially with streaming or transcoding).

To enable logging:

Open up the Tools menu and tick the Enable Logging menu item. After that restart the GUI and the server for the logging change to take effect. You can check the Status pane for the current logging state.

To find the log files, go to Tools -> Options -> File Locations and click the Open button on the Logs folder.

To send large files (anything over 10MBs):

Most e-mail providers won't send large files properly, so it's easier to exchange them using one of the file sharing sites available. One such site is Dropbox and if you don't have an account there yet, click this link, which will benefit both you and me, as it'll give us both extra storage space: http://db.tt/lRFZ8DfF (this is a Dropbox referral program). You are free to use any other file sharing service of course.
