View Full Version : Tip: Not seeing files in folders through the server?

Typically this can mean one of three things:

1) The region set for your device does not match the device's region. To solve this please follow these steps:

Go to Devices pane in KRR's GUI;
Double-click on your device to bring up the properties;
Select the region that matches the region of your device and click OK to apply.


2) Transcoding is disabled and all of your files are incompatible with the device. To solve this, please follow these steps:

Go to Devices pane in KooRaRoo's GUI;
Double-click on your device to bring up the properties;
Go to Transcoding tab and tick the "Transcode incompatible files" box, after that click OK to apply and try again.


3) The device is in a mode set for other file type (i.e. the device is in photo mode, but you browsing your videos). To solve this simply select the appropriate mode on your device.
